Manufacturing Technology
Whole Intertwine Technology
HENGER Airbags feature a cross whole intertwine technology for the frame structure, providing superior strength, clear texture, no joints, and higher load capacity. This technology offers over 20% greater bearing capacity compared to lap technology.
Framework Structure
HENGER airbag structure consists of outer rubber and synthetic cord reinforced rubber layers. The design features a central cylindrical body with tapered ends. Available cord layers: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 layers.
Marine Rubber Airbag Introduction
Based on the ancient log-rolling method used for over 6000 years, marine rubber airbags utilize soft rubber technology to lift and carry heavy weights. These innovative products have wide applications in ship launching & upgrading, caisson lifting & moving, heavy weight lifting, and underwater engineering buoyancy assistance.
Technical Requirements
According to CB/T 3795-1996, marine rubber fenders must meet the following specifications:
- Dimensional Deviation: Diameter & Effective Length ±2%, Total Length ±4%
- Amount of Elastic Deformation: ≤ 5% diameter deformation under 1.2 times working pressure
- Safety Factor: >4.5
- Air Tightness: < 5% depressurization after 1 hour inflation
- Surface Quality: Fair line shape, no cracks, bubbles, double skin, impurities, or apparent defects
- Anti-explosion design of end part
Product Applications
Marine Rubber Airbags (also known as rubber airbags, ship air bags, ship launching airbags, ship salvage airbags, boat salvage airbags, inflatable airbags, ship lifting bags, and air balloons) are manufactured using rubber and multiple layers of rubber-dipped tyre fabric. They are widely used for launching and landing ships/boats/vessels, lifting and moving heavy goods, and salvaging stranded boats. These products are highly popular with shipyards, ship owners, and marine supply companies.
Concrete Pontoon Applications
Concrete pontoon (also called rubber mandrel) is made of natural rubber and rubber-dipped Nylon cord fabric. It's widely used for concrete culvert making in Kenya, Zambia, Tanzania, Ethiopia, and other countries worldwide.
